All packages under 1lb can be shipped via First Class Mail. All packages 1lb and over MUST ship via Priority mail.  All shipping charges are automatically done via the USPS system when you make your purchase. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. We do not calculate shipping charges. All items ship within 3-5 days from the date of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends. All tracking information is sent to the email on your order. Be sure to check your spam folder. Please track your package. We will not be responsible for "lost packages" that arrive to the address on file and are marked by the postal courier as delivered.  You will be responsible for filing any complaints with the USPS for lost packages.
